Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have educational qualifications before applying for the registration form. The educational qualification details are given below.

• Post Code ‘A’ JSA (General) must have the 10+2 qualification or equivalent and Proficiency in Computer type speed of 35 w. p. m in English or 30 w. p. m in Hindi.
• Post Code ‘B’ JSA (Finance & Account) must have the 10+2 qualification or equivalent and Proficiency in Computer type speed of 35 w. p. m in English or 30 w. p. m in Hindi. The time allowed for typing tests is 10 minutes, which is qualifying in nature.
• Post Code ‘C’ JSA (Store & Purchase) must have the 10+2 qualification or equivalent and Proficiency in Computer type speed of 35 w. p. m in English or 30 w. p. m in Hindi.
• Post Code ‘D’ Junior Stenographer must have the 10+2 qualification and Proficiency in Stenographer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT.#

Age Limits

The age limit for the posts is given below.

• For Junior Secretariat Assistant age limit is 28
• For Junior Stenographer, the age limit is 27 years.

Selection Process
