• Working Women who are from the Economically Backward sections.
• The age limit of the women should be in the range 18 to 40 years
• Annual Income of the Family should not more than Rs.24000 to avail this scheme
• Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence/Learner’s Licence (LL).
