- TNUSRB SI Exam Pattern 2023 for Open Quota and Departmental Candidates is shown in the above tabular form.
- The written test contains Part I and Part II.
- For Open Quota and Departmental Quota, Part 1 is the same which contains Tamil Language Eligibility Test which contains 100 questions for 100 Marks. The duration of the Part 1 exam is 100 minutes.
- The candidate has to obtain a minimum of 40 marks (40%) in Tamil Language Eligibility Test, for him/her to be eligible for the main examination.
- Part II of Open Quota contains two parts which contain 140 questions for a total of 70 marks. The duration of the test is 150 minutes.
- Part II of Open Departmental contains two parts which contain 170 questions for a total of 85 marks. The duration of the test is 180 minutes.
- For Open Quota, in Paper 2, The candidates should get a minimum of 25 marks (35%) to qualify in
the written examination and for Departmental Quota, in Paper 2, the qualifying mark is 30 Marks (35%).
