Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Officer (Finance): Candidates can complete Graduate in any discipline And either passed in Intermediate Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ P.G Diploma in Finance and Accounts from any Recognised University.
   approved by AICTE.
2. Assistant Manager (HR): The qualification is for Asst manager graduate in any discipline and MBA/ MPM (2 years’ course)/MHRM (2 years’ course) with major specialization in Personnel Management/ H.R/ PG Degree/ Diploma (2 years’ course) with specialization in Personnel Management/ H.R from any University recognized Board.
   **MBA/PGDBM with dual specialization shall be accepted provided both
   specializations carry equal weight age.
3. Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduate in any discipline and passed Final Examination from Institute of
   Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India/ MBA with major specialization in Finance. **MBA/PGDBM with dual specialization shall be accepted provided both specializations carry equal weight age.

Age Limit:

1. Applicants age limit should be between 18 Years to 27 years as on 01-01-2018.
2. Age relaxation is applicable to 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC (A) & OBC (B) candidates of West Bengal State.
